The IEP Pantograph Trolley System is designed for Copper Head Rail (CHR) DSL Systems used on Charging Cars, Coke Gas Transfer Cars, Pusher Cars, and Quenching Cars in coke oven plants.
Unlike conventional pantographs mounted directly on the machine, the pantograph is installed on an independent trolley that travels on a dedicated guide rail with guide wheels. This ensures continuous alignment with the Copper Head Rail regardless of machine movement.
Over time, coke oven machines may develop misalignment or balance issues, increasing the risk of pantograph slippage and power interruption. The IEP Pantograph Trolley System eliminates this possibility by maintaining stable contact with the conductor rail, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power transmission.
